My bad--I thought you were another infamous multi poster that would appreciate, I think, the humor...glad you did. Sorry, I have one of those--just too big for me (maybe your issue too?), so I have just a little one now (hmmm...Amos? There's your opening!), cause it's so much easier at the gym, and I need all the help I can get while exercising these days.

Tell, I don't see what you have to apologise about. "John Locke" and "Mayor MB" made virtually identical posts within minutes of each other - you responded to MMB, and Locke replied. It would make anyone suspicious, and rightly so.

Y'know, on the whole I think my flinty cynicism and your cheerful optimism balance out pretty well here.

Just think if there were two of you and only one of me...why, why the mind just races...Alternatively, five of me and we might just have the Mr Rogers Neighborhood Forum!

FOR SALE:

One white, aged, slightly decrepit Deadhead.

This is a true diamond in the rough, a real fixer-upper. With a little love and attention (along with alot of soap and a shave) he can truly be restored to near original condition. The memory on this model may be a bit decayed, but what space is left is chock-full of useless trivia and factoids. The owner (aka spouse) of this property is looking to upgrade and needs to unload this frayed individual ASAP. All reasonable offers are being considered. This one is priced to move.

Always wanted your own personal time capsule? A reflection of what was? A companion so dedicated and focused that all around him is ignored and pushed aside? Well, neither does she, but perhaps you know someone who might.

I think the post is a bit wordy.

Most junk gets pawned like this on Craigs....

"Funky couch, FREE. On the curb 1211 Magnolia St. Just want it GONE ASAP."

Simply substitute "smelly, old Deadhead" for "funky couch" and you have your ad.

Wordiness aside, frankly, I think this deserves a "chifarobe, second class"...quite the post there, my friend, though I am loath to say my wife agrees and just may want to use it...do you need a royalty fee?
